Tim Zemanovic - President
Tim Zemanovic is an entrepreneurial executive passionate about aircraft disassembly and materials recycling. He brings over 25 years of commercial aviation experience. While working in Maintenance at AAR, United Airlines, and Northwest Airlines he was able to gain valuable experience working on Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, and Airbus aircraft. Additionally at Northwest Airlines Tim served as a Technical Instructor for 5 years, training others on structural repair and safety training. Mr. Zemanovic currently sits on the Board of the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA).
Mr. Zemanovic is a graduate of Spartan School of Aeronautics and is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant Technician. Additionally in 2002, Tim received his FCC Radiotelephone Operator license.

Tim Knutson - VP Asset Management
Tim Knutson serves as the VP of Asset Management for Jet Yard. Tim’s responsibilities include large asset evaluations and acquisitions, contract negotiations, inventory control and procurement, and sales support.
Prior to joining Jet Yard, Tim has held various leadership positions at Northwest Airlines including Director of Material Requirements and Service Recovery. After departing Northwest, Mr. Knutson joined Champion Air as Director of Materials and later was promoted to Managing Director of Technical Operations. Mr. Knutson also served as the Director of Materials for Mesa Air Group. Since 2010, Tim has moved into the aftermarket support side of the industry, applying his supply chain management and operations experience to large asset acquisitions and monetization strategies. With over 31 years of commercial aviation experience, Tim brings a wealth of materials management and operational expertise to Jet Yard.
Mr. Knutson holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Patrick J. Connell - GM
Patrick serves as the General Manager of Jet Yard for the Marana, AZ operation. Patrick is responsible for the daily operation of the facility in Marana, including coordinating dismantling activities, storage operations, and interacting with customers to continue to grow Jet Yard as the premier facility in the Southwest.
Working in a family fixed base operation in Iowa gave Patrick experience in all phases of aviation. After graduating from high school Patrick joined the Army for 3 years as a UH-1H helicopter crew chief, spending time in Korea and Colorado. Commercial aviation experience was gained at Pan Am, ATA, and Northwest airlines as a mechanic and supervisor in engine overhaul and aircraft line maintenance. Over 10 years was spent at a 145 facility as the accountable manager for teardown, storage, and heavy maintenance. Overall Patrick has 40 years of experience in the aviation field.
Patrick is an A&P mechanic with an A.A.S. degree in Aviation Maintenance.

David W. Bixler - Director of Maintenance
Dave Bixler serves as the Director of Maintenance for Jet Yard since its inception. Dave’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the company’s business operations and continually establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with Jet Yard customers.
Prior to joining Jet Yard, Dave served as a Senior Enlisted Non Commissioned Officer with the United States Air Force and worked for Northwest Airlines for over 28 years. Dave’s past aviation experience includes Commercial and Military Aviation Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance and extensive Management of jet engine overhaul and repair at remote worldwide locations. Dave has been deployed in the Middle East multiple times as an aviation subject matter expert for the United States Air Force.
Dave received his B.S. Business Administration, A.A.S. Aviation Maintenance Technology, A & P License and is a graduate of Air Force Non Commissioned Officer Academy.

Jeanne Lee - Director of Finance
As Director of Finance for Jet Yard, Jeanne maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
